In keeping with the decision of the Council of Ministers' Meeting held on the 18th June 2024, the Department of Social Welfare Tribal Affairs Women and Child Development, Government of Mizoram hereby invite Expression of Interest for the running by Management Contract of rehabilitation programme for substance users at Jordan Centre, Sethawn from Faith Based Organisations (including churches) and Non- Governmental Organisations with good track record and sound financial condition.
Interested Parties may submit their application in the prescribed format (available at its official website) along with necessary enclosures to the Director, Social Welfare & Tribal Affairs, Chaltlang.
Last date of submission of proposal shall be 19.12.2024 upto 4:00 PM by hand or courier or registered post.
Proposal(s) should be sent in sealed envelope super scribed as EOI for Management Contract of Jordan Center, Sethawn under SWTA, Government of Mizoram.
The EOI will be opened in the office of Commissioner & Secretary, SWTA&WCD Department, Government of Mizoram on 20.12.2024.
The Organisations/bidders shall make a powerpoint presentation with their vision and detailed plan for running of Jordan Centre (Vision statement, programme content, staffing, estimate for annual running cost, expected fund source) at the time and venue to be intimated later.
The Organisations representative(s) may visit the facility for inspection of site and appraisal of work involved, between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on any working day between Monday to Saturday from 29.11.2024.
SWTA&WCD Department, Government of Mizoram reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals without assigning any reasons.
