No.B/15/2025-ESTT-SWTA&WCD-Part(2): In exercise of the powers conferred under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to re-constitute Maintenance Tribunal at Sub-Divisional Level under Section 7(1) of the Act and Appellate Tribunal at District Level under Section 15 of the Act comprising the following members with immediate effect and until further orders:-
