“Unique ID for Person with Disabilities” project is being implemented with a view of creating a National Database for PwDs, and to issue a Unique Disability Identity Card to each person with disabilities. With the motive of maintaining the national Centralized Database for the Persons with Disability, Government has developed the website to issue a Unique ID Card for persons with Disabilities.

Mizoram state government has appointed State Co-ordinator for this project implementation in Mizoram. The state co-ordinator will be coordinating with all the concerned departments to have a successful implementation of the project. Contact detail is mentioned below for any queries.
