A one day training was held with all 8 District PMMVY Staffs (District Programme Coordinator & District Programme Assistant) under the Chairmanship of Pi. Vanlalpianpuii Joint Director, SWD & State Nodal Officer, PMMVY on 25th May, 2018 at Conference Hall, Directorate of Social Welfare.

Purpose of Training:

  • To review the status of implementation of PMMVY.
  • To undertand the problems faced while entering data into PMMVY-CAS.
  • To review the progress and to receive feedback from District PMMVY Cell.

Chairman State Nodal Officer, PMMVY welcomed all the members participating in the training. After self introduction from the members, she speaks on the following:

  • Manners & Etiquette







Pi. Brenda Lalrindiki, State Programme Coordinator PMMVY, gave a detailed presentation on PMMVY Scheme Guidelines & PMMVY-CAS. All members were provided power point presentation on which they were required to note down their issues concerning the Scheme and use of PMMVY-CAS which was discussed later on.

Pu. Lalmuansanga Ralte, State Programme Assistant PMMVY, conducted online Training on PMMVY-CAS. Members were provided training materials. All queries and issues were discussed at length.

The following points were discussed:

i) Mismatch of Names in Aadhaar and Bank Accounts-

Some beneficiaries have different names in their Bank Account & Aadhaar. This can be resolved at the Bank and Aadhaar Operators and also instruction will be given to DPOs/CDPOs to personally see that necessary corrections are made immediately as this hinders the payment process.

ii) Correct Aadhaar Number/Bank Account No have been enter in PMMVY-CAS from the Documents received but the system shows as incorrect Aadhaar Number/Bank Account Number –

The beneficiaries will be informed to enquire to the Bank and Aadhaar Operator about the issues and check whether their Aadhaar Number/Bank Account No is valid or not and also inform them to link their Aadhaar and Bank Account and also instruction will be given to DPOs/CDPOs to personally see that necessary corrections are made immediately as this hinders the payment process.

iii) Pending Data entry due to Extension of registration and claim on 1/4/2016. 1st installment cannot be entered-

This was informed to V.C. Choudhary, Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Women & Child Development through Phone Call. As requested by him we have to wait for software update. once the software update is completed, we hope we can resolve this issue.
